I was hopeful to build a lasting relationship with this supplier. Jewelry is beautiful, and they are very responsive. I even discussed the details of my order prior to placing it. However, I was never informed that their standard plating is expected to only last 3-6 months. I spent nearly $800 on jewelry for resale for my new business, and unfortunately, the plating started to fade after just two weeks of very light wear.  When I sent pictures and brought this issue up with the supplier, I was met with excuses, including that the fading may have oxidized when the jewelry "hit the air". No accountability. Instead, I was offered to send the jewelry back at my expense and pay to have a thicker coating applied. As a new business, this was incredibly disappointing. I was just 3 days past the 30-day Trade Assurance and have no help. I won't be ordering again and I strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions before purchasing. Nothing on their site mentioned the plating thickness.
